NURSE PRACTIONERS - Home Care - Field Nursing

Under the direction of the Chief Medical Officer, the Nurse Practitioner is responsible for the professional, organizational, and administrative aspects of providing quality medical care to Clinics - Diagnostic Treatment Centers (DTCs) patients.

Geriatric, Primary Care, and Internal Medicine experience will be considered.

**DEA License, and Medicare & Medicaid IDs are required

**Home care experience preferred or willing to do home care

Setting:  

• Traveling between participants' homes throughout the designated service area, 80-100% in the field, subject to change based on business needs.
• On site at clinics when needed.
• Mileage reimbursement is available

Schedule:

Monday-Friday - 8am-5pm (1 hour lunch)
