Your Role as an OR RN:

As a critical member of our surgical team, you will:

• Provide expert, compassionate care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and fellow nurses to ensure the highest quality of care.
• Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to stringent infection control protocols.
• Serve as an advocate for patients and their families, providing education and emotional support.
• Utilize advanced equipment and technology to facilitate complex surgical interventions.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Licensure: Current Texas RN license
• Experience: Minimum of 3-6 months of post-graduate, licensed RN experience within the OR
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications required; CNOR preferred.
• Skills: Excellent critical thinking, communication, and multitasking abilities.
