As a Smoothie King Athlete, you will help guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by guiding them in selecting smoothies and retail products that keep them healthy and active. Responsibilities Blend delicious tasting smoothies. Ensure guests’ purpose is met when smoothies are ordered. Greets and engages guests to provide a friendly experience. Preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids properly. Performs opening and/or closing duties. Performs store checklist tasks. Shows up on time and ready to work. Promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King. Make custom‑blended smoothies the "Smoothie King Way." Friendly upsell of nutritional supplements and vitamins. Provide guests with information regarding our products. Provide the best total experience in the business. Qualifications Ability to connect and communicate with guests and team members, with a "guest comes first" attitude. At least sixteen (16) years of age or older. Experience in a fast‑food environment preferred but not necessary. Energetic and dynamic individuals excited about health and fitness. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Food service experience preferred but not required. Commission sales experience helpful. Ability to think outside the box to satisfy guests. Genuine care and understanding for people’s needs. Prior retail sales experience in the nutrition/fitness industry is a plus. Reliable transportation and phone service. Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check and drug screen. Can work shifts as early as 6am and on weekends. Direct deposit available. School or work referrals.
