Maintenance Technician Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 24.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 12:00pm to 08:30pm)

• Improve plant operations by maintaining production equipment, including performing repairs and replacements as directed.
• Conduct monthly preventive maintenance inspections to identify and address potential issues proactively.
• Maintain meticulous organization of supplies, tools, and parts for the maintenance department.
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies.

Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical issues on production machinery.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all safety guidelines.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including frequent heavy lifting and prolonged standing.
