Newark, OH | Full-Time | 145-Bed Skilled Nursing Facility

 

Newark Rehabilitation, a 145-bed skilled nursing facility , is seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of HR and support our dedicated team of healthcare professionals.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Lead recruitment, hiring, and onboarding for staff.

  • Manage employee relations and foster a positive workplace culture.

  • Oversee payroll processing and maintain accurate HR records.

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and procedures .

  • Coordinate training, in-services, and staff development .

  • Serve as a business partner to the leadership team .

 

What We’re Looking For

  • HR management or generalist experience (healthcare/long-term care preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices .

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Payroll/HRIS experience preferred.
