Commercial Door Project Manager

Role Description This is a full-time, in-office Project Manager role located in Kirkland, WA. The ideal candidate will own multiple projects from beginning to closeout, perform all the project tasks while coordinating with clients and manufacturers to ensure excellent customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform takeoffs and prepare project estimates. Qualify scope gaps, conflicts, and missing information in job proposals. Develop and configure complete door submittal packages. Own the procurement process to ensure materials arrive accurately and on schedule. Manage timelines and expedite materials and deliveries as needed. Verify products meet specs before they leave the warehouse to minimize field issues. Coordinate and oversee the project until successfully completed. Qualifications Construction industry experience. Navigate construction drawings and specifications. Microsoft Suite. Avaware preferred (Door estimating software). Door Hardware Institute (DHI) certification preferred.
