Job Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $55,000 Benefits Front Loaded PTO Tuition Assistance Medical, Dental, Vision 401(k) – with Employer Contribution South College is seeking highly motivated, self‑starters with excellent communication skills to join the Department of Admissions for our brand new campus in Dublin, Ohio. Candidates must have earned a bachelor’s degree or have comparable work experience. The position is entry‑level with a salary commensurate with experience. This position is full‑time onsite at our Parkside campus in Knoxville, Tennessee. Responsibilities Welcomes students by actively participating in all steps of the enrollment process (required paperwork, qualifications, campus tours, financial aid, and obtaining schedules) Provides accurate information relative to the college and its programs Assists students in selecting their programs of study based upon professional judgments, available test scores, high school, and/or college transcripts Qualifies applicants for admission who meet the stated college admissions requirements Utilizes time efficiently by making required phone calls, follow‑ups, generating referrals and other daily activities in pursuit of departmental objectives Consistently performs activities that support individual and overall team admissions processes by following policies and procedures Ensures adherence to the approved annual departmental budget Provides feedback to department managers on how to improve the overall quality and efficiency of the admissions department Requirements Education: Bachelor's Degree Experience: Solid performance record in a Customer Service, Sales, or Relational service role #J-18808-Ljbffr
