Openace is looking for a Mid Level Java Developer / Business Analyst to be part of our R&D program. Java Developer Responsibilities Develop and maintain laboratory information capture system Build and maintain access to back‑end databases Create utilities to import data from laboratory instruments Build UI components using JSP and Swing Interface and collaborate with laboratory scientists Adapt development strategies to meet deadlines Java Developer Qualifications B.S. degree in CS, engineering, or scientific discipline 2+ years Java software development experience Java/Swing GUI development Experience with JSP or related technologies Ability to build both rapid prototypes and production‑grade software Experience with Hibernate a plus Experience with LIMS systems a plus Ability to work in a team environment Strong communication skills Desire to work at a start‑up Business Analyst (Datawarehousing) Responsibilities Business analysis, requirement gathering, documentation Facilitation & writing skills UAT Data warehousing, mortgage, data analysis Business and presentation skills Business Analyst Qualifications B.S. degree in CS, engineering, or scientific discipline Minimum 2+ years of extensive experience in Business Analysis Strong experience with requirement gathering & documentation Strong experience with facilitation & writing skills Well‑versed with full SDLC Excellent business & presentation skills Experience with data analysis and strong knowledge of data warehousing Excellent communication (written & oral) skills Well‑versed with Visio, MS Project, MS Office Suite Experience with mortgage industry is highly preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr OpenAce
