Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience completing PT evaluations and treatments
• Experience in inpatient and outpatient settings
• Experience in acute care, ICU, skilled nursing, and outpatient environments
• Ability to work in ER, ICU, Med/Surg, and SNF settings
• Knowledge of discharge planning
• Hawaii PT license required

Assignment Details

• Monday through Friday schedule
• Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Lunch: 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM
• Flexibility with work hours may be required
• Must be able to work Saturdays
