About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Marketing to take on a pivotal role in shaping the future of the brand. This is a unique opportunity to be the driving force behind the company's marketing strategy, team development, and execution across various channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for brand strategy, franchise marketing, national and local campaigns, social media, content, email marketing, and integrated CRM. They will also lead a growing marketing team, manage the brand fund, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing efforts align with business priorities. The ideal candidate will have a diverse marketing background, experience in multi-location marketing, and a proven track record of building and managing marketing programs and teams. Candidates for the VP of Marketing position at the company should have 6-8 years' of progressive marketing experience, with a strong emphasis on strategic thinking and hands-on execution. The role requires a leader with strong brand instincts, the ability to manage marketing budgets, and a deep understanding of modern marketing tools and platforms.
