About the Role

The Company is in search of a visionary and results-driven Vice President of Sales and Marketing to spearhead its commercial growth strategy. The successful candidate will be an executive leader responsible for the integrated sales, marketing, and partnership functions, with a focus on driving top-line growth, market share expansion, and new market development. This role requires a proven business builder with a deep understanding of renewable energy markets, EPC services, and a strong network in the clean energy ecosystem. The VP will work closely with the executive team to set and achieve growth objectives, and will be the architect of the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring consistent revenue delivery and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities for the VP of Sales and Marketing at the company include serving as the expert in national account sales, driving data-driven sales management, and overseeing the proposal and RFP strategy. The role also involves team leadership, with a focus on recruiting, building, and scaling high-performing sales and marketing teams. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field, with a Master's degree or MBA preferred, and at least 10 years of progressive sales and marketing leadership experience. They should be adept at balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution, possess exceptional leadership and communication skills, and have a proven track record of exceeding growth targets. Familiarity with financial modeling for renewable energy projects, and experience in utility-scale PV and distributed generation markets are also desirable.
