About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of InterCompany Sales to lead a team dedicated to developing and expanding business within both existing and new accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for direct intercompany business development and relationship management, with a primary focus on growing intercompany revenues through collaboration. This role involves originating and closing major strategic opportunities, producing and delivering sales proposals, and proactively seeking new business. The VP will also be tasked with leading a dedicated intercompany sales team, managing the sales process, and ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned to meet annual sales targets. Additionally, the role includes guiding the company's AI strategy as it relates to product development methods and collaboration with delivery teams. Candidates for the Vice President of InterCompany Sales position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 15 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of leadership and sales excellence. The role requires strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and active listening skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with client stakeholders.
