ConciergeVillage Green is searching for enthusiastic individuals to join our Concierge team and be the first point of contact at our award-winning apartment communities. If you have persuasive sales and marketing skills, excellent communication and negotiating abilities, and are customer service oriented, this may be the perfect role for you!Job Description Pay: $17.49 to 19.74/hr plus quarterly bonuses up to 15% and excellent benefits! ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIESGreet residents and guests in a courteous and friendly manner as they enter the buildingBecome familiar and provide recommendations to residents on community attractions and local amenities when requested.Provides brochures, floor plans and other collateral to clientsCompletes guest cards, provides mini tours, and acts on leasing behalf during off hoursRetrieves packages for residentsProvides refreshments to residents and guestsMaintains Concierge BinderKeeps front lobby stocked with magazines, collateral, maps, transportation schedules, menus etc as described in the binder layoutUses Internet as an aid in providing micro and macro information to residents and guestsMaintains a clean and orderly front desk, lobby area, and storage closets were applicablePrepares incident reports and correlating documentationAdheres to established policies related to fair housingCommunicates with co-workers, management, residents, vendors, and all outside contacts in a courteous and professional mannerMaintains confidentiality of co-workers, management, owners, past and current residents, vendors, and all outside contactsQualificationsREQUIREMENTSAbility to apply good common sense when assisting residents and their guestsMust have the availability to work a flexible schedule any day of the weekAbility to resolve minor problems while maintaining a friendly and professional mannerAbility to communicate effectivelyMust be team orientedAdditional Information Village Green is an equal opportunity employer committed to cultivating an inclusive and diverse workplace.
