Our Front Desk Concierge will greet and assist a diverse group of internal and external clients via email, phone calls, and face-to-face interaction while providing a high level of service and professional etiquette. This position plays a crucial role in our Global Headquarters' facility and ensures the highest level of luxury service and attention to detail to all clients and processes.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Engage with incoming guests and ensure they feel welcomed and are directed to where they need to go and with whom they are meeting, in a friendly and inviting way
• Manage and direct a high volume of incoming calls appropriately
• Manage schedule for on-site conference rooms and find alternative space solutions when needed
• Provide administrative support as needed, and at times, for our C-level suite
• Assist and manage company events and conferences by securing spaces, vendors, travel coordination, etc. for those in attendance
• Manage building access for visitors / create employee badges
• Stocking coffee areas / Order catering/office supplies / maintain incoming and outgoing mail
• A variety of other related duties as assigned

Education & Experience

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport across all organizational levels.
• Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; 2-3 years of customer service experience in a high-end service industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with basic office administrative procedures and knowledge of use and operation of standard office equipment

Required Skills

• Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Strong professional etiquette with verbal, nonverbal and written communication skills necessary to perform position at a luxury concierge level expected for role
• Successful candidate must be able to respond calmly, think quickly and creatively to adapt and handle many customers' demands in a fast-paced environment
• Must display the ability to pay fanatical attention to detail in their work and when working in team environment
• High ethical standards and integrity, along with a proven ability to pivot when necessary.
