Cleanroom Injection & Transfer Molding Technician

Location: North Minneapolis, MN

A day in this role

You step into a meticulously maintained cleanroom and prepare injection and transfer molding presses for the day. You verify materials, set up equipment, and run cycles that produce precision rubber components that meet strict customer standards. Throughout your shift, you collaborate with teammates, inspect parts, and keep the area spotless—because quality and cleanliness go hand in hand here.

What you will do

• Operate, monitor, and perform basic care of molding equipment and related machinery in a cleanroom environment.
• Inspect, wash, and package molded parts to meet documented specifications.
• Follow established procedures, work instructions, and customer requirements.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate workflow and resolve issues.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and compliant workspace.

What you bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort with math.
• Clear communication skills in English.
• Ability to follow instructions, learn quickly, and apply feedback.
• Experience related to injection molding and cleanroom environments is a plus.

Physical requirements

• Stand for extended periods during production.
• Lift up to 80 lbs as part of normal duties.
