Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Summary

We're hiring an Arizona Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for a remote role focused on practical, client-centered care. You'll provide virtual therapy to people navigating anxiety, grief, family stress, relationship issues, and major life changes, helping them build skills they can use in everyday life.

Responsibilities

Provide telehealth therapy sessions
Assess client needs and create care plans
Support clients with conflict, stress, grief, and life transitions
Use appropriate therapy methods based on client goals
Complete required documentation on time
Follow privacy and state licensing guidelines

Requirements

Active and unrestricted Arizona LMFT license
Master's degree in a behavioral health field
Experience with individuals, couples, or families
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Comfortable with remote care tools
