Remote Program Manager, Provider Services & Value-Based Care

InterWell Health is looking for a Manager, Provider Services to act as a crucial liaison between their provider network and nephrology practices. The ideal candidate must have proven experience working with physicians, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and demonstrate a proactive attitude. This fully remote role includes up to 50% travel while supporting the transition to Value-Based Care initiatives.
