EIHC is seeking a full-time Family Medicine Physician dedicated to serving the needs of our community.

Compensation: Competitive compensation packages based on previous work experience, education, certification, and other relevant factors. $217,360.00-$355,680.00

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Facilitate team member success and smooth daily operations towards established goals by working with collaborative care model.
• Interviews patient to address the presenting/initial reason for visiting the clinic subsequent willingness for service(s) offered and indicated.
• Initiates and interprets diagnostic tests and procedures relevant to the patient's current status, analyzing the assessment data in determining the diagnoses to prioritizes diagnoses using appropriate complex clinical reasoning.

Schedule: Monday to Wednesday 8 AM to 7 PM. Thursday and Friday 8 AM to 5 PM. Flexible scheduling options available

Required Qualifications

• M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school required.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible required.
• Current State of Iowa medical license required or ability to achieve same in a short period of time required.
• Iowa Certificate of Controlled Substances, Federal DEA, and current CPR certification.
