Job Summary We are seeking a dependable, skilled individual to join our team. This position offers steady, year‑round work with excellent benefits, consistent scheduling, and overtime opportunities during winter months. Ideal candidates are reliable, safety‑minded, and comfortable working in a hands‑on environment. Work Schedule 40 hours per week, with overtime available during winter months Paid weekly Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Summer Schedule (May–October): Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM Three‑day weekends every week Compensation & Benefits Weekly pay Paid holidays and paid vacation Employer‑paid Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance Optional benefits: 401(k) retirement plan, uniform provision Requirements Must provide own tools Reliable transportation required Must obtain a non‑CDL Class C license within 60 days of hire Ability to work scheduled hours and overtime as needed Strong work ethic and dependability Benefits Stable, full‑time employment Predictable scheduling with extended weekends in summer Excellent benefits package with employer‑paid health insurance Team‑oriented work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Ice Control, Inc.
