$18.00/Hour
Day Shift – 7:00 AM (8-hour shift)
Overtime Available
Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled Welder to join our team in a fast-paced industrial recycling environment. This role is hands-on and requires experience with welding, metal fabrication, and working safely in a physical work setting.
Job Duties
- Perform MIG, Stick, or Flux-Core welding
- Repair and fabricate metal parts and structures
- Read basic blueprints and measurements
- Operate grinders, hand tools, and welding equipment
- Inspect finished work for quality
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Assist with general labor tasks as needed
Requirements
- 1–3 years of welding experience
- Experience in industrial environment preferred
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) REQUIRED
- Reliable transportation
- Must be dependable and safety-focused
- Must be open to overtime
