Litigation Attorney

Seeking an Indiana Licensed Litigation Attorney, the fully remote contract position will support a boutique law firm with a growing caseload in administrative law and guardianship matters, focusing on legal research, drafting legal documents, and client communication for a 6-month contract with potential for permanent placement. Key responsibilities Analyze statutes, regulations, and case law to support litigation strategy Prepare pleadings, motions, letters, and other legal documents Respond to client inquiries and provide updates with professionalism and clarity Required qualifications Active bar admission in good standing in Indiana 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably in guardianship, elder law, or administrative law Ability to handle first-year associate-level work under senior attorneys' guidance Strong writing, research, and organizational skills Proactive communicator who can work independently in a remote setting
