Attorney - Part Time, Remote

Seeking a California PAGA Attorney, the fully remote engagement position allows for part-time or full-time hours, focusing on handling wage and hour class actions, drafting motions, and managing discovery in employment litigation matters.

Key responsibilities:

Handle wage and hour class actions and PAGA representative actions, providing litigation support as needed

Draft and argue motions, manage written discovery, and prepare for depositions and mediations

Advise on case strategy and participate in trial preparation, including direct client interactions when required

Required qualifications:

California-licensed attorney in good standing with 4+ years of labor and employment litigation experience

Experience with wage and hour class actions and PAGA/representative actions

Solid understanding of the litigation lifecycle from pleadings to trial preparation

Deposition experience preferred, with comfort in court appearances

Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal oversight
