Supervising and supporting clinical and non-clinical staff. Fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, professionalism, service excellence, and continuous improvement. Overseeing patient scheduling, registration, patient flow, and daily operations to maximize efficiency and minimize wait times. Identifying opportunities to improve workflows, productivity, and overall clinic performance. Serving as the primary operational liaison with senior leadership. Overseeing occupational health services for local and regional employers. Supporting programs related to workers' compensation and employee health services. Maintaining strong relationships with employers, insurers, and other external stakeholders. Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and state regulations and industry standards. Developing, implementing, and maintaining clinic policies, procedures, protocols, and workflows.
