Compensation & Benefits Total compensation package up to $120,000 annually, with opportunities to earn more based on center size, mentorship of RBTs, and supervision of trainees. Competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long‑term ownership in the company. Monthly performance bonuses (uncapped). Mentorship bonuses for supervision of RBTs pursuing a Master’s in ABA. Certification bonuses for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision. Your Role & Responsibilities Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high‑quality ABA therapy services. Oversee patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in behavioral health. Provide training and support to staff on clinical best practices and therapeutic techniques. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet individual needs. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive, compassionate care.
