Your Role as Clinical Director: Lead & Support a team of BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical staff to ensure excellence in ABA services. Foster a Collaborative Culture by implementing initiatives that promote staff retention, mentorship, and professional growth. Oversee Clinical Quality by ensuring interventions are assent-based, compassionate, and individualized to each client. Provide Supervision & Training to develop BCBA and RBT skillsets and improve client outcomes. Drive Operational Success by collaborating with leadership on clinic-wide goals, hiring, and resource allocation. Engage with Families & Stakeholders to build strong relationships and ensure continuity of care. Analyze Clinical & Performance Data to refine programs, measure outcomes, and implement improvements.
