Overview Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas Headstart Health is seeking experienced BCBAs to build and grow high-quality local ABA practices throughout the greater Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas area. What You'll Do Provide evidence-based ABA services Conduct assessments and treatment planning Supervise and mentor RBTs Build relationships with families and referral partners Lead the growth of ABA services in your local community What We\'re Looking For Active BCBA certification Minimum 2 years BCBA experience Current Texas resident Passion for ethical, family-centered ABA Interest in greater autonomy and leadership What Headstart Provides Credentialing and payer setup support Billing and operational support Recruiting and referral support Professional development and CEUs Mentorship from experienced BCBA practice leaders Flexible schedule and caseload management Compensation Typical annual earnings range from $150,000-$250,000+, depending on caseload and services delivered. Pay: $150,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year.
