Role Description
Nous cherchons un(e) Creative Strategist talentueux(se) pour nous accompagner dans la création et l’optimisation de nos contenus publicitaires (Meta / TikTok), avec un objectif simple : produire et analyser des contenus vidéo et scaler nos campagnes tout en renforçant notre image de marque.
Notre marque e-commerce skincare est en forte croissance et nous recherchons un(e) Creative Strategist pour nous aider à créer des publicités qui convertissent, en combinant analyse, psychologie consommateur et créativité.
- Trouver des concepts créatifs & idées de formats
- Développer des angles marketing puissants
- Définir les avatars / personas et leur douleur/désir
- Écrire des scripts UGC & briefs créas
- Analyser les performances (hook rate, CTR, CVR…)
- Identifier ce qui marche / ce qui ne marche pas
- S’inspirer du marché & benchmarks (TikTok/Meta/Amazon/Reddit…)
- Transformer la data en concepts gagnants
Qualifications
- Solide compréhension du consommateur, de la psychologie d’achat et des mécanismes de conversion
- Maîtrise des codes TikTok & Meta (paid + UGC)
- Capacité à analyser les performances créatives (KPI) et en tirer des insights actionnables
- Compétences en structuration d’angles, storytelling et rédaction de scripts
- Expérience e-commerce, idéalement dans la beauté / skincare
- Esprit analytique et créatif
