As an integral part of our team, you'll ensure the integrity of legal invoices through rigorous quality assurance, contributing to the seamless resolution of billing disputes and supporting our clients’ compliance standards. Required Skills: Juris Doctor (JD) or LLM degree from an accredited law school Strong legal knowledge, including experience interpreting legal billing and expense invoices Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills Proven ability to independently review and make adjustments to complex legal invoices Excellent written communication skills for correspondence with law firms and internal teams Experience with legal billing guidelines and UTBMS coding preferred Ability to operate with minimal supervision and exercise sound judgment Nice to Have Skills: Prior experience in legal invoice review or legal billing audits Familiarity with legal technology tools and billing software Experience working within legal operations or legal process outsourcing Strong negotiation skills for resolving disputes and appeals Preferred Education and Experience: Law degree (JD or LLM) strongly preferred Previous experience in legal billing analysis, legal finance, or a related legal field Demonstrated expertise in legal terminology, billing guidelines, and dispute resolution Other Requirements: Local to Minnesota, with the ability to work in a hybrid model Ability to participate in occasional meetings or resolution conferences Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive legal information with professionalism If you are a legal professional looking to make a meaningful impact by ensuring billing integrity and supporting legal operations, we encourage you to apply today.
