Job Description
TITLE: RN - Nursing Resource Office

SCHEDULE: 12-hour Night Shift, 1845-0715

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS:
- Contract Length: 16 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

REQUIREMENTS:
- License: RN
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS (TNCC required only if ICU candidate)
- Experience: Minimum of telemetry experience; progressive care and ICU experience preferred
- EMR: Experience with Altera Sunrise preferred, but not required

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a variety of settings.
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions, responding appropriately to changes.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions and care plans.

COMPLIANCE / NOTES:
- Orientation includes a 2-day program followed by clinical orientation.
- Minimum 2 hours notice required for shift cancellations.
