Registered Nurse (RN) - Float Pool

RN – Nursing Resource Office

Schedule: 12-hour Night Shift, 1845-0715

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 16 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Requirements:

• License: RN
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS (TNCC required only if ICU candidate)
• Experience: Minimum of telemetry experience; progressive care and ICU experience preferred
• EMR: Experience with Altera Sunrise preferred, but not required

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a variety of settings.
• Monitor and assess patients' conditions, responding appropriately to changes.
• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and care plans.

Compliance / Notes:

• Orientation includes a 2-day program followed by clinical orientation.
• Minimum 2 hours notice required for shift cancellations.
