Restaurant General Manager — Lead Ops & Guest Experience

Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking a Restaurant General Manager for a Taco Bell franchise restaurant in Germantown, TN. The GM will take hands-on responsibility for day-to-day operations, work with assistant and shift managers, and drive staffing, training, and performance reviews. You will oversee financials, uphold product quality and customer service, ensure safety, and manage payroll and compliance.
