As a Multi-Specialty Medical Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting a variety of clinical areas, working alongside different providers and care teams. This position offers the opportunity to float between specialties, contributing to a seamless patient experience across the organization. You will help maintain a professional and efficient environment while using strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with staff and providers, ensuring high-quality care and positive outcomes for every patient.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Rooming patients and preparing them for their visit
• Collecting and documenting medical history and vital signs
• Chart prepping and maintaining accurate patient records
• Assisting providers during in-office procedures
• Preparing patients and procedure rooms ahead of treatments
• Submitting prior authorizations as needed
• Supporting clinic operations and ensuring a smooth patient flow

Job Type: Full-time

Locations: KS and MO

Schedule: 8-9hr Days/5 Days per Week, No Weekends

Experience: Minimum of one year substantially similar work experience in a medical setting, performing substantially similar Medical Assistant essential functions
