Your day might begin in the clinic, guiding a toddler as they learn to stand and explore their balance. Collaborating with your team of professionals, you enrich your sessions with co-treatment, adding a unique layer of expertise and making each moment more impactful. You might then head to a nearby school, teaming up with educators and specialists to ensure a child is moving safely, developing strength, and engaging fully in school activities. Building friendships with teachers, families, and other providers makes this part of the day feel less like work and more like community. For your afternoon, you may choose to visit a family's home, where you offer hands-on guidance for parents helping their child meet their physical goals. The beauty of this role is the flexibility to choose where and how you work—you can explore various settings like the clinic, school, or home, or even choose to specialize in one area. You also have the opportunity to supervise assistants, mentoring them to become incredible clinicians in their own right. As the day winds down, you may choose to report-write from home, allowing you to finish your documentation comfortably and on your schedule.

Physical Therapist $47.50 - $53.47/hr* *Salary range is contingent upon relatable experience, credentialing/certification, education, and use of a second language in your role (50% of the time). Why You'll Love TES:

• Provide individualized and skilled physical therapy services for individuals with physical challenges and needs.

• Use your expertise in movement and apply clinical reasoning through the process of examination, evaluation, diagnosis, and intervention.
• Promote health and wellness as you implement a wide variety of support for children from infancy through adolescence in collaboration with their families and other medical, educational, developmental, and rehabilitation specialists.

Minimum Requirements:

• Physical Therapist License / Certification
• Access to a mobile phone (for email) & basic internet (if working offsite)
• A valid driver's license and hold appropriate automobile insurance with limits that allow driving a personal vehicle for work (25/50k liability coverage)
• Must clear a current background check through the FBI and DOJ
• A current TB Test
