Director, Global Compensation

Revolution Medicines

Revolution Medicines seeks a Director of Global Compensation to develop and implement scalable compensation programs across the organization. Reporting to the Senior Director of Total Rewards, this role involves translating strategy into competitive global frameworks while ensuring equity, consistency, and alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities

Translate Total Rewards strategy into global compensation programs spanning base salary, incentives, equity, and market pricing
Develop and govern compensation structures, market-pricing methodology, and decision frameworks with appropriate controls
Collaborate with HR Business Partners and regional teams to apply global frameworks while addressing local market needs
Establish metrics, audits, and feedback mechanisms to assess compensation program effectiveness
Partner on job architecture, leveling frameworks, and offer practices with ongoing competitiveness reviews

Requirements

Deep expertise in global compensation program design and governance
Experience with market pricing, job architecture, and pay equity analysis
Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and leadership
Strong data analysis skills and proficiency with compensation metrics
Experience managing compensation programs across multiple countries and regions
Excellent communication skills for translating complex compensation topics
