Job Title: Marketing Coordinator (In-Office)

Location: Woodland Hills, CA (Full-Time, On-Site)

Company Overview:
We are a successful and growing mortgage brokerage based in Woodland Hills. As we continue to expand our brand presence, we’re looking for a dedicated and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

Position Overview:
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their experience in marketing within the real estate and finance industry. You will work directly with the broker, playing a key role in managing our social media presence and producing consistent, engaging content. The right candidate has a passion for all things marketing, can stay organized in a fast-paced environment, and is a self-starter ready to bring their ideas to the team and execute.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble email campaigns and strategically schedule for peak performance and visibility
• Produce and distribute an eye-catching weekly brokerage newsletter
• Manage and grow company social media accounts (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Plan, create, and schedule content aligned with brand voice and marketing goals
• Edit and produce video content for podcasts, social clips, and promotional materials
• Assist in developing marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements based on analytics
• Stay up to date with social media trends and video editing styles
• Collaborate closely with the broker on content ideas, messaging, and strategy
• Podcast editing and marketing

Qualifications:

• Strong interest in social media marketing and digital content creation
• Basic experience with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar)
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and trends
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred (Not Required):

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• Experience managing social media accounts (personal or professional)
• Basic understanding of branding and content strategy
• Interest in real estate, finance, or mortgage industry

Work Environment:

• Full-time, in-office position in Woodland Hills, CA
• Collaborative, fast-paced environment with direct mentorship from the broker
