Affiliate Marketing Coordinator

Apollo Interactive is looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Affiliate Marketing Coordinator to join our Lead Generation team in our Los Angeles (El Segundo) office. This is a full‑time, on‑site role ideal for someone early in their performance marketing career who’s eager to learn, grow, and make an immediate impact. As an Affiliate Marketing Coordinator, you’ll support our Affiliate Marketing team in their day‑to‑day operations. You’ll help manage compliance workflows, prepare performance reports, organize partner materials, and assist with communication across our network of affiliates, marketing partners, and advertising platforms. You’ll play a key role in keeping campaigns running smoothly and ensuring our partners have what they need to succeed. We’re looking for someone who is organized, proactive, curious, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment. If you’re someone who enjoys problem‑solving, working closely with a collaborative team, and getting hands‑on with data, this role will be a strong fit. Responsibilities Support the affiliate marketing team in servicing partners across the performance marketing and lead generation ecosystem. Assist with managing advertising compliance guidelines through internal tools and third-party platforms. Draft and refine compelling ad copy and marketing text for us across campaigns. Coordinate and distribute monthly/newsletters to drive partner engagement and account growth. Generate traffic quality and performance reports for internal teams. Collect, organize, and maintain partner marketing materials, especially during insurance Annual Enrollment Periods. Work with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate outgoing payments to partners. Maintain familiarity with partner accounts, including traffic sources, marketing methods, and campaign requirements. Conduct research on industry trends, competitive activity, new networks, and potential partners. Qualifications BA/BS degree from 4-year university required. Minimum 1 year of affiliate marketing or lead generation experience is preferred. In lieu of above, digital advertising agency experience is acceptable. Familiarity with lead generation and the performance marketing industry is ideal. Knowledge of affiliate marketing platforms and compliance management tools. Team-player with strong collaboration skills. Excellent MS Excel skills are required. Desire to learn and grow!
