Affiliate Marketing Manager

Position Overview We are hiring an Affiliate Marketing Manager to build and scale our creator- and influencer-led affiliate channel into one of Pique's most important growth engines. You will own ShopMy and other influencer affiliate platforms, recruiting and activating creators whose audiences trust them — and turning that trust into profitable, measurable new-customer revenue. This role reports to the Head of Partnerships. Our channel is built on creators and influencers who genuinely love the product, drive real incremental demand, and elevate the brand as they convert. If your background is rooted in coupon sites, deal aggregators, loyalty and points platforms, or cashback networks, this role is not a fit. You will sit at the intersection of influencer partnerships, creator commerce, performance marketing, and conversion. You will build the operating system for this channel end to end — recruitment, activation, deal structure, tracking, optimization, and scale — and partner closely with Partnerships, Paid Social, Creative, Ecommerce, CRM, and Analytics. Responsibilities Own the Influencer Affiliate Channel Own the strategy, operating cadence, and performance targets for Pique's creator- and influencer-led affiliate program. Build and scale the channel across ShopMy and other influencer affiliate platforms, with clear ownership of recruitment, activation, optimization, and retention. Identify, recruit, negotiate with, and activate creators whose audiences convert into profitable new customers and who genuinely elevate the brand. Structure commission, gifting, flat-fee, hybrid, whitelisting, and usage-rights deals with disciplined economics and clean measurement. Build creator cohorts by audience, category authority, product fit, conversion potential, and content quality. Protect brand equity at every step — no coupon-culture tactics, no discount arbitrage, no last-click gaming; every partnership should create incremental demand, not skim existing demand. Create a repeatable operating system for outreach, onboarding, briefs, approvals, launches, performance reviews, renewals, and scale decisions. Performance, Measurement & Optimization Define the performance scorecard for the channel, prioritizing incremental new-customer revenue, conversion, CAC, payback, and customer quality over vanity metrics such as EMV, impressions, and follower count. Maintain rigorous attribution hygiene across affiliate links, creator codes, UTMs, landing pages, and reporting dashboards, with a clear view of true incrementality. Partner with Growth and Ecommerce to test creator-specific landing pages, offers, bundles, and checkout paths that improve conversion without leaning on brand-eroding discounts. Analyze performance by creator, platform, product, audience segment, offer, and content type; cut what is not working and scale what is. Forecast channel contribution, manage pacing, and communicate performance clearly to cross-functional stakeholders. Develop creator briefs that combine Pique's brand standards with direct-response mechanics: strong hooks, product education, proof, and clear reasons to buy. Partner with Paid Social to identify creator content that can be whitelisted, licensed, iterated, and scaled as performance creative. Build a feedback loop between affiliate performance, paid social learnings, customer reviews, and creator messaging. Ensure creator content reflects Pique's luxury wellness positioning while still moving customers down the funnel. Stay close to creator commerce trends, platform mechanics, and competitive activity, and translate market signals into revenue-driving action. Requirements 4+ years in influencer affiliate, creator commerce, influencer partnerships, or performance-oriented affiliate marketing, ideally within a high-performance DTC or premium brand environment. Proven track record building or scaling creator- and influencer-led affiliate programs tied directly to purchase conversion and profitable customer acquisition. Hands-on experience with ShopMy or comparable influencer affiliate and creator commerce platforms. A brand-first orientation and a clear point of view on why coupon, deal, cashback, and loyalty-points affiliate models erode premium brands — and no desire to build one. Strong command of bottom-funnel metrics including incremental new-customer revenue, CAC, ROAS, payback, conversion rate, AOV, and customer quality. Deep comfort with attribution mechanics and incrementality: affiliate links, discount codes, UTMs, landing pages, Shopify reporting, platform dashboards, and spreadsheet-based analysis. Clear ability to distinguish creator awareness from creator performance, and real incremental demand from last-click credit. Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills, with the commercial discipline to protect economics and brand equity while building long-term creator partnerships. Excellent written communication and briefing ability; you can help creators make content that is persuasive, accurate, on-brand, and conversion-oriented. Highly analytical, organized, and operating-system minded; you bring structure to a channel that can otherwise become relationship-heavy and measurement-light. High taste level and genuine interest in wellness, beauty, longevity, nutrition, or mindfulness; luxury brand sensibility is a strong plus. Ability to receive and deliver radical candor — non-negotiable.
