Senior Agile Scrum/Flow Master

Job Summary (List Format): Senior Agile Scrum/Flow Master, NC DHHS
- Serve as Senior Agile Scrum/Flow Master supporting agile teams within the NC FAST organization under the Aqua portfolio.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily scrum meetings, backlog refinement, sprint planning, monthly releases, quarterly PI planning, and other status meetings.
- Support planning and implementation of Epics and features that add business value for project work as well as operations and maintenance.
- Track daily assignments and progress, prioritize work with business stakeholders and divisions, and manage sprint/workflow using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Remove impediments and blockers for teams to ensure smooth project delivery and continuous improvement.
- Drive the team's agile maturity by coaching, guiding, and introducing best practices in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
- Measure and analyze agile team metrics to support data-driven process improvements.
- Collaborate with technical leads and teams for release planning, risk analysis, and business impact reporting.
- Coordinate quarterly PI planning and RSC (Release and Solution Coordination) meetings across NC FAST and Aqua portfolio.
- Engage with stakeholders for backlog item prioritization, grooming, and status updates, ensuring alignment and buy-in.
- Manage and analyze portfolio data to provide actionable insights to management and leadership.
- Lead and support multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, maintaining quality and timely delivery.
- Contribute to agile transformation efforts and support additional programs within the Aqua portfolio as needed.
- Utilize strong facilitation, communication, leadership, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Maintain and apply certifications in Agile Scrum Master/Kanban Flow Master; SAFe Agilist or SPC and Project Management certifications are a plus.
- Leverage deep technical knowledge of the application development lifecycle to support agile teams in delivering enhancements and projects.
