Dynamic work schedule - This is five days on site a month in the same week then the remainder of the month is working from home. (They can fly/drive into the office as well). If your candidate is not open to this please tell them they will not be considered. Fidelity determines the week they are working onsite, not the candidate.

Must Have:

• 3+ years experience
• Experience working with multiple scrum teams at a time, ideally Scrum Master Certified!

The Role

We are looking for someone who is passionate about Agile and is driven by building highly effective teams! You blend deep Scrum expertise with passion for coaching and constant improvement. You will partner with others to accelerate value delivery by –

• Planning and executing existing initiatives and new projects in an agile organization
• Supporting the team with their continued agile journey and maturity of the Agile Approach
• Providing agile coaching and mentoring to the team
• Being a leader who serves
• Guiding use of the scrum and scaled agile framework
• Effectively facilitating scrum and scaled agile ceremonies
• Helping remove impediments and coordinate dependencies
• Being a change agent for continuous improvement

The Expertise You Bring

• Certified Scrum Master or related training
• 3+ years' experience in a Scrum Master and/or Program Management role
• Experience using JIRA, Jira Align is a plus
• You will drive the program to ensure that we can provide proper status, and address program blockers, project outcomes which impact project timelines.
• Supporting up to 2 squads/teams you will spend a percentage of your time supporting each as needed and actively applying your expertise and experience to help advance the work and improve squad performance
• You're an agile enthusiast who can influence change across the organization
• Ability to observe, provide process improvement ideas and implement them
• Servant Leadership mentality and empowers others to do their best work
• Effective facilitator who can actively listen, remain neutral, ensure all voices are heard and ask open ended questions
• Use of metrics to visualize how the team is performing and where they can improve
• A change agent who advocates for continuous improvement and is innovative, analytical and a strategic problem solver
• Possess superb communication and people-interaction skills, and can collaborate and partner with others within and outside the team
