Service Coordinator & Customer Experience Lead

SWS Equipment, LLC is seeking a Service Advisor to coordinate the service lifecycle for customers, technicians, and vendors. You will manage work orders, create estimates, and schedule resources to ensure timely service delivery. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in service coordination, strong Microsoft Office skills, and experience with ERP systems.
