Physician Family Practice-With OB - Competitive Salary

Job Description We’re seeking a passionate and OB Fellowship-trained Family Medicine Physician to join a high-touch, mission-driven clinic offering full-spectrum care including Obstetrics and C-sections . This is a hospital-employed, non-locums position ideal for physicians who thrive in rural health leadership and appreciate a predictable, sustainable work-life balance. In this role, you’ll: Practice full-spectrum Family Medicine with OB including C-sections Work alongside a team of 12 Family Physicians, 2 OB NPs, 1 OB/GYN, and supportive nursing staff Enjoy a 1:4 call schedule that is consistent and non-burdensome Serve a mix of low-risk (50–60%) and high-risk (30–40%) OB patients Join a clinic with state-of-the-art ultrasound , in-house specialty support, and modern infrastructure Be involved in a Level I Nursery with an average of 1–2 daily admissions Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including Urology, Surgery, Cardiology, and Oncology under one roof Must-Haves: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (with plans to certify within 1 year) OB Fellowship (must be completed prior to start) Must be able and willing to perform C-sections Iowa medical license or willingness to obtain Clean malpractice preferred Not open to locums or visa sponsorship Compensation & Perks: Competitive base salary (based on training & experience) $100,000 Sign-on Bonus Up to $10,000 in relocation assistance 34 PTO days annually (272 hours) $4,000 CME allowance Full suite of health, dental, vision, life, disability insurance 403(b) retirement with match 457(b) deferred comp Tail coverage malpractice included Benefits begin Day Oneaa415a4b-8b21-40fc-a65c-70d2b25ca29a
