Payer mix – 35% Medicare, 15% Medicaid, 35% Commercial, balance is “other” Age distribution – pediatric to geriatric, high elderly population in area Patients per day – Average 20-24 for full day office visits Tertiary Care/Transfer Facilities Support Staffing 1 MA support Qualifications for the Family Medicine Physician: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school. Valid and unrestricted in-state medical license Board certification Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based healthcare environment.
