In addition to aligning to our values, you'll be successful here with these skills and qualifications: 1+ year of restaurant or hospitality experience; management experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus. Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and conflict resolution skills. Comfortable use of technology (POS systems, inventory tools, MS Office). Ability to stand/walk for 8–10 hours and lift/move up to 50 lbs.
