Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $22.00 per hour
Shift: Monday Friday 7 am 4pm

What's a typical day as Administrative Assistant? You'll be:
- Processing purchase orders, invoices, goods receipts, and other transactions in the SAP system.
- Ensuring data accuracy, performing data validations, error corrections, and troubleshooting.
- Creating requisitions, tracking orders, and finalizing records within SAP.
- Assisting with month-end reporting activities and vendor setup.
- Inputting detailed product ticketing information for accurate tracking, billing, and reporting.
- Supporting evolving system records and administrative projects as needed.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a High School Diploma or GED (required).
- Possess strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Have experience with SAP or similar ERP systems (preferred but not required).
- Are comfortable working Monday through Friday, 7 am 4 pm.
- Can thrive in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
