Regional BOM Business Office Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Regional BOM Business Office Manager to join our team. As a Regional BOM Business Office Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Business Offices, overseeing day-to-day activities, and driving results-oriented performance. Regional BOM Business Office Manager Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Business Offices in our facilities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, billing, and collections
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction
Analyze and interpret financial statements, identifying trends and areas for improvement to drive business growth
Manage and supervise a team of Business Office staff, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure exceptional performance
Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies
Participate in company-wide initiatives to improve operational performance, quality, and patient satisfaction
Regional BOM Business Office Manager Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in a Business Office or healthcare operations leadership role
Willingness to travel among facilities; travel allowance provided
Proven track record of success in process improvement, financial analysis, and staff management
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
