Managing marketing integration activities for mergers and acquisitions2. Managing marketing planning and prioritization practices that improve how marketing evaluates, sequences, and executes work.The role ensures that as FNBO grows through acquisition and expansion, marketing maintains the operational rigor and strategic focus needed to deliver measurable business impact.About This Role:The ideal candidate excels at creating order from complexity, building and managing frameworks that scale, and fostering alignment across diverse stakeholders. This role requires someone who can balance strategic perspective with tactical execution, navigate ambiguity with confidence, and drive adoption of new practices through influence and collaboration.Core Responsibilities1. M&A Marketing Integration LeadershipLead and coordinate marketing integration activities associated with mergers and acquisitions to ensure a seamless transition for customers, employees, and stakeholders.Responsibilities:Serve as the overall marketing integration lead for acquisition-related initiatives and act as the primary point of contact between Marketing and the enterprise M&A program team.Coordinate all marketing integration workstreams, ensuring alignment, accountability, and execution across marketing functions throughout the transaction lifecycle.Facilitate weekly marketing integration meetings, maintain project plans, track milestones, manage risks and dependencies, and provide regular status updates to executive leadership and enterprise integration teams.Own and maintain marketing integration governance, including project documentation, reporting, dashboards, action logs, decision tracking, and integration schedules utilizing project management tools such as Smartsheet.Develop, maintain, and continuously improve a comprehensive M&A Marketing Integration Playbook that standardizes:Integration timelinesMarketing workstreamsCommunication frameworksBrand transition processesCustomer experience considerationsDigital and collateral consolidationGovernance and approval structuresReporting and escalation processesServe as the coordinator and steward of the M&A Marketing Integration Playbook by partnering with functional marketing leaders who own and define their respective integration requirements and best practices. Ensure all marketing disciplines contribute to, maintain, and continuously improve their portions of the playbook while driving consistency across the overall framework.Create and continuously improve scalable frameworks that reduce integration complexity and improve speed-to-integrationEnsure acquired customers experience clear, coordinated, and customer-centric communications throughout transition periodsCoordinate marketing support plans for acquisition-related activity in FNBO growth markets2. Portfolio Planning & Prioritization PracticesImprove marketing effectiveness through managing marketing planning and prioritization practices.Responsibilities:Manage planning and prioritization practices across marketing functionsLeverage best practices that improve planning consistency and reduce duplication of effortMonitor and continuously improve marketing operational KPIs and success metrics.Ensure measurable outcomes are central part of planning and prioritization practices that articulate choices and tradeoffs.Help teams balance short-term execution needs with long-term strategic prioritiesSupport quarterly and annual planning processes by organizing inputs, tracking decisions, and maintaining accountability structuresHelp teams critically evaluate priorities based on :Strategic alignmentBusiness impactCustomer impactCapacity and resourcingRisk and urgencyProvide centralized visibility into key marketing initiatives, dependencies, timelines, and resource demandsIdentify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve cross-functional coordinationCollaboration and Strategic ExecutionReporting to a member of the marketing leadership team, this individual will work collaboratively to execute against strategic priorities rather than setting enterprise strategy independently.This role will partner across marketing disciplines and business teams to ensure:Plans are operationally realisticAdoption is highCommunication is clearTeams remain alignedExecution is efficient and measurableThe ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable navigating ambiguity, skilled at building relationships, and capable of managing multiple complex initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Key CompetenciesCross-functional leadership and collaborationProgram and project managementChange management and organizational integrationMarketing operations and workflow optimizationExecutive communication and stakeholder managementPrioritization and resource planningProcess development and operational scalabilityPerformance reporting and dashboard managementProblem solving and organizational agilityAttention to detail with strong execution focusThe Ideal Candidate for This Role:Preferred ExperienceExperience leading complex cross-functional initiatives or enterprise programsBackground in marketing operations, integrated marketing, project management, consulting, or business transformationExperience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or organizational integrations preferredStrong understanding of marketing workflows across channels and disciplinesExperience with prioritization frameworks, workflow management, and operational reportingAbility to influence without direct authority and navigate matrixed organizationsStrong communication and relationship-building skills across leadership levelsCandidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.Compensation:Compensation range (base pay): $81,662.00-$134,741.00This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.Work Environment:It is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work in a hybrid capacity, balancing in-person collaboration three (3) days a week with remote flexibility two (2) days a week. As part of our team, you'll experience the energy and relationship-building of face-to-face collaboration while still enjoying the flexibility of remote workdays.
