IT Management Consultant

The Role As an IT Management Consultant, you act as an independent advisor helping executive teams maximise the value of their IT organisation. You lead complex IT transformations, translate strategic visions into concrete outcomes, and ensure that IT becomes a key enabler of business success. You are the advisor who sees the bigger picture – combining deep business understanding with strong technical insight to deliver measurable impact. Your day‑to‑day work includes leading strategic projects within digitalisation and IT transformation, developing and implementing IT strategies that strongly support the client’s business objectives, and advising on IT governance, sourcing and cost optimisation. You also play a crucial role in change management, ensuring effective communication and the successful implementation of scalable processes and architectural solutions. We are looking for someone who: Has many years of consulting experience within IT Management or IT Strategy Is comfortable working in complex environments, including close collaboration with C‑level executives and leadership teams Can take on varied roles where leadership and advisory skills are required at both strategic and operational levels Communicates fluently in both Swedish and English Has experience in cloud strategies, cyber security or digital transformation, ideally combined with relevant certifications in project and change management, and methodologies such as agile ways of working, ITIL or pm3 Has experience from multiple industries What We Offer You will join a growing practice and work on assignments that truly develop you – together with engaged and experienced colleagues who are passionate about creating value in complex transformation environments.
