Job Full Description *** 4 Week Temporary Project *** Location: Graham, NC Pay: $16.00/hr Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00AM-3:30PM (Some Saturday work) Position Summary
We are currently hiring a Temporary Manufacturing Floater for a 4-week fabrication manufacturing project. This position will support multiple departments throughout the facility and assist with production, material handling, assembly support, and general shop operations. - Assist production teams in various fabrication and manufacturing areas
- Support machine operators, welders, and assemblers as needed
- Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility
- Perform general labor and shop support duties
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Help meet daily and weekly production goals
- Perform other duties as assigned to support project completion
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or fabrication experience preferred
- Ability to work in an industrial environment
- Strong attendance and reliability required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to learn and work in multiple departments
- Forklift experience is a plus but not required
