Order Management Specialist

Job Title: Order Management Specialist Location: King of Prussia, Pennsylvania Duration: 6 Months Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote) Key Responsibilities Process customer orders using SAP via phone, email, and EDI systems Ensure same-day order accuracy and timely processing Respond to customer inquiries professionally and resolve issues efficiently Support order-to-cash activities including pricing, shipment coordination, and inventory management Collaborate with internal teams such as contracts, credit, and logistics to resolve discrepancies Maintain customer account records and compliance documentation Handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism and accuracy Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent 2–5 years of customer service experience Experience working in high-volume or phone-based customer environments Strong verbal communication and customer handling skills Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel Strong multitasking and time management abilities Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP or other ERP systems Background in order entry, order management, or order-to-cash processes Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated industries Previous experience in call center, hospitality, retail, or other customer-facing roles Strong analytical and organizational skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Ubertal Pvt Lmt
