This is a part-time, remote position with a flexible schedule Monday through Friday.Job SummaryA Lead Generation Specialist connects our clients with qualified prospects through outbound cold-calling and handles the overall appointment coordination between the client and prospect. Primary responsibilities include identifying key decision makers, tracking prospects, appointment setting, and following up on leads the organization provides through our CRM system.ResponsibilitiesB2B outbound cold-calling, reaching C-level executives in small, mid, and large-size companies, incorporating our signature Respectful PersistenceIdentify key decision makers by using Internet-based research and direct contact with businesses to engage gatekeepersInitiate calls, emails, texts, etc. to build rapport and establish meaningful relationships with key decision-makers to set pre-qualified appointmentsMaintain accurate records of interactions and lead progress in our CRM system including feedback for the clientMeet established productivity and performance goalsMaintain prospect relations via follow-up calls and requested callbacksUnderstand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.Collaborate with the Client Services team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leadsExperience And QualificationsMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B cold calling or lead generationCollege degree strongly preferred or equivalent work experienceGoal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-drivenExperience working remotely from a quiet home officeExceptional telephone sales and documentation skillsStrong organizational and effective time-management skillsProfessional with a high level of integrityComputer proficiency is required, including experience with CRM softwareCompensationOn average, our agents earn between $25.00 and $38.00 per hour (including base hourly rate and performance bonuses).
